A moment to step off the treadmill, catch your breath, and remember what really matters, in work, yes, but more importantly, in life.  For me, that space is essential. December is always intense, a shorter month, year-end pressure, and trying to tie it all together while already feeling burnt out. By the time the holidays arrived, I nee
